I'm writing this as a warning to other potential shoppers. My recent online purchase was a complete nightmare. My "order shipped 9 days ago and now I’ve found out it was shipped to a different city entirely. Unable to reach a live agent. Horrible experience. Stay away." This sheer frustration and the feeling of being completely ignored is why I had to write this review and why I finally persevered to get a customer service representative on the line.

Customer: My order, 11-2345, was shipped to the wrong city. It's been over a week and I can't get a hold of anyone. What is going on? CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about this frustrating experience. Let me pull up your order number, 11-2345, right now. I can only imagine how upsetting this must be. Customer: Upsetting is an understatement. The tracking shows it in a completely different state! Your chat is useless and no one answers the phone. CS Rep: You are absolutely right to be frustrated. I see the error on our end, and I sincerely apologize. I have already processed a new order for you with complimentary expedited shipping. We will get your correct order out today. Customer: Fine. We'll see if this one actually arrives. I expect a confirmation email immediately. CS Rep: Of course. I am sending that confirmation to your email right now. Again, my deepest apologies for our mistake and the difficulty you had reaching us.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
