My online shopping experience was an absolute nightmare, and I’m sharing this as a warning to others. After spending a significant amount of money, I was met with a defective product and a customer service system designed to exhaust you into submission. My feeling on this whole ordeal is simple: Been trying for 2 days to TALK TO A HUMAN to fix an issue…no luck. Will NOT be buying from them again. Spent $372 on SCRATCHED glasses and tried to start a return/exchange. Never received the return label and the “bot” just continues to send it to my email, that I never received! I had no choice but to keep calling until I finally got a real person on the line to demand a resolution.

Customer: I've spent two days trying to get a return label for the $372 scratched glasses you sent me. Your automated system is a complete joke. CS Rep: I am incredibly sorry to hear about the scratched lenses and the immense frustration our system has caused you. That is not the experience we want for our customers. Let me fix this for you immediately. Customer: You better. I’ve wasted enough time. If this isn't sorted out on this call, my next one is to my lawyer. I want a working return label in my inbox, now. CS Rep: I completely understand. I have bypassed the automated system and just manually emailed you a new return label. I've also placed a high-priority note on your file to process the refund the moment it arrives. Could you please confirm you've received it? Customer: It's here. Finally. We'll see if you actually follow through with the refund. This has been a disaster from start to finish. CS Rep: You have my assurance that it will be handled promptly. I've provided my direct extension in the email should you have any other issues. Again, I sincerely apologize for this entire experience.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
