I'm writing this to warn others about my awful experience. I thought I was getting a great deal, but the whole thing turned into a nightmare. Ultimately, I found the company to be Dishonest, doesn't honor promos. Makes it impossible to collect offer when the site is full of glitches. No customer Service 24 hours, no agent. Unprofessional. Their website had a BOGO promo, but it glitched and charged me for both pairs of glasses. I was stunned to see the incorrect charge and felt I had no choice but to contact them to fix what seemed like a simple error.
Customer: Your website didn't apply the BOGO promotion correctly, and I was charged for both pairs of glasses. I need a refund for the second pair.
CS Rep: I do see the error on our end, and I apologize for the website glitch. To fix this, you'll need to return both pairs. Once we receive them, you can place a new order, and the promotion will be applied correctly.
Customer: That's an absurd solution. The glasses are perfect—correct style, correct prescription. Why would I go through all that hassle for your mistake? Just credit the amount for the second pair back to my card.
CS Rep: I understand your frustration, but our policy requires a return and reorder to resolve this type of promotional error. I cannot issue a partial refund directly.
