I spent $372 on SCRATCHED glasses, and what followed was an exercise in pure frustration. I tried for 2 days to TALK TO A HUMAN to fix this issue, but had no luck. The "bot" just kept sending the return label to an email I never received, leaving me completely stranded. This ineptitude is beyond belief, and it’s why I felt compelled to share my story and try to get a proper resolution.
