After multiple chat sessions, phone calls, and emails, I still can’t get in touch with anyone. This is precisely why I needed to speak to someone directly.

Customer: I received the wrong prescription safety glasses, and they're making me dizzy and nauseous! I've tried reaching someone for two days, but it's been impossible to get a live person to help.
