Broken Promises & A Ruined Trip: A Warning to All Shoppers 😡


I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering ordering from glassesusa. My experience was beyond infuriating, and I feel completely misled. Frustrating is the word to describe this company - dishonest would be another. They claim 6 days to produce the glasses, but that couldn't be further from the truth. I ordered for a trip thinking no problem it will take a few weeks - that has come and gone and no date in sight. After hitting a wall with their worthless customer service bot, which made me doubt there is any HUMAN reps, I finally managed to get through to someone to demand answers about my order.

Customer: My order is weeks late. I was promised 6 days for production, and I needed these glasses for a trip that has already passed. Where are they?

CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about this delay and that you didn't have your glasses for your trip. That's certainly not the experience we want for our customers. Could I please have your order number to check its status?

Customer: It's #123456. Your website is completely misleading. Now my trip is over, and I still have no glasses and no updated delivery date. I'm pretty disappointed that they mislead on how long it actually takes.

CS Rep: Thank you. I see your order is still in the production phase, and I sincerely apologize for the significant delay. The 6-day estimate was clearly not met, and I understand your frustration. I can offer you a 25% refund for the inconvenience.

Customer: A refund doesn't fix the fact that I didn't have them when I needed them. This whole process has been a nightmare.
