Let me share a truly terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a warning to others. I was so frustrated with a recent order, specifically with the post-purchase support, that I felt compelled to leave a review and speak with customer service. My direct feeling and conclusion after all this? "Shop elsewhere. Terrible company to purchase from if you have any issues with your glasses. They will gladly take your money but when it time for them to fix the issue it seems impossible. The business is pretty much fully automated. When you finally get In touch with someone in India. They are extremely rude and will end the call when they think it needs to be ended. They can careless .why ? Because theres no one eles to talk too in order to file a complaint. I will never do business with glassesusa again. It’s feel like your being scammed. That feeling of no way to get help." This level of disservice is exactly why I had to try and resolve things.
