Paid $19.95 for Nothing: A Customer Service Nightmare 😡


I'm writing this to warn others about my awful shopping experience. I used to think this company was reliable, but my last order proved me wrong. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I specifically paid $19.95 for what was advertised as "next day delivery," only to receive an email stating it would take three business days to even process the order. After struggling through their infuriating automated phone system and useless chat bots, I finally managed to speak with a live person to demand a refund for the shipping fee.


Customer: I paid an extra $19.95 for next-day delivery, but my confirmation email says it will take three days to process. I want the shipping fee refunded immediately.

CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir. The next-day delivery applies to the shipping time after the standard 3-day production period for your lenses.

Customer: That is completely misleading. Your website said the item was "eligible for next day delivery." It did not mention a three-day delay. You charged me for a service you aren't providing.

CS Rep: I apologize for any confusion. I can submit your request to our billing department, and it will be up to them to decide if a refund is warranted.

Customer: "Up to them"? This isn't a decision. It's a failure to deliver on a paid service. I expect a refund, not a "request." This is horrible customer service.

CS Rep: Sir, that is the only procedure I can follow. I have submitted your request. Is there anything else I can help you with today?
