If they make a mistake, you get to wait another 2 to 3 weeks for them to fix your order, which is exactly what's happening to me now. The incredible wait time for their error forced me to call their customer service, hoping for a resolution before I shared my story online.

Customer: My order was made incorrectly, and now I'm being told it's another 2 to 3 weeks for a replacement. This is completely unacceptable.

Customer: Yes, it's 12345. I just don't understand why a mistake on your end means I'm the one who has to wait almost a month to get what I paid for.
